Sharp has Created Two New Air Cleaners with Humidifying as a Powerful Feature

Japan looks set to receive a couple of humidifier air purifier models with five model variations. These air purifiers are powerful at removing pet odours, house dust and other odors through a combination of Plasmacluster ions and humidification.

This combination apparently doubles the air cleaning power, triples the odor removal and removes static 3.5 times more in comparison with the previous models. Humidifying can reach the lofty quantity of 600ml/ hour, one of the industry’s highest humidity capacitys, creating a pleasant 60% moist environment that lessens the occurrence of dry throats and noses. Viruses are killed by the Plasmacluster ions.

Costs associated with the ion and humidity combination work out at one fifth of those resulting from using other models of humidifier and ionizing air purifier separately (around 640 Japanese Yen annually). Many air purifier reviews have so far have been complimentary, the product looking set to do well.

Pornography and Personal Data Theft on Re-sold PC’s

A data recovery firm based in the UK, Disklabs, recently reported that roughly one seventh of all re-sold computer memory sticks and hard drives had a certain degree of data storage containing pornographic material still on them.

Disklabs found this to be the case when it checked the integrity of the many files it comes in to contact with every day, simply by viewing images and movies. This company also reported that it discovered two pedophile cases per year, subsequently informing the police.

Recently Disklabs bought 50 memory cards and 100 hard disk drives on eBay, testing a small batch to investigate what still remained on them. Potentially sensitive and private information such as CV’s and accounting spreadsheets with names and mobile numbers were found with relative ease.

Previous owners of the computer hardware failed in their attempts to fully remove their temporary internet data opening the way for unscrupulous people to access and use the stored information. Much of the content viewed was pornographic.

Simon Steggles, the director of Disklabs, pointed out the fact that the majority of people getting rid of their hardware were ignorant of the very real fact that data that has been deleted is easy to get retrieved. Deleting and formatting data does not do enough, data needs to be properly erased completely.

With these findings in mind Disklabs contacted all the owners of the undeleted information only to find most people didn’t care about the low level of data loss . All the storage devices were subsequently erased in the right manner, many now being used by Disklabs for further data recovery operations.

Menopause and Reduced Libido

Literally millions of women in their menopause become concerned that they have lost their need for sex. Additionally, menopause information on such a topic can at times be hard to find, not making the situation any easier.

Of all the complaints women have during menopause, this lack of interest in sex is the single largest problem encountered. Sex therapists and doctors have created four levels of sexual dysfunction:

Low sexual desire: reduced libido or total disinterest in sex
Sexual arousal disorder: desire for sex is unaltered but sex does not enable you to become or maintain sexually aroused
Orgasmic disorder: women are constantly finding orgasms difficult to achieve following a sufficient level of sexual stimulation and arousal
Sexual pain disorder: sexual stimulation is found to be painful, or simply touching the vagina is painful

You may well find that you exist in more than one category. Sexual disorders only occur when you are distressed by this problem or are as a result having a problematic relationship with your partner. It is fair to say hot flashes and panic attacks, amongst the array of other unfortunate menopause related symptoms don’t help situations such as these.

Hormone therapy may work, particularly if a hormone imbalance is the main reason for decreased sex drive/ pleasure. In women a sexual response is a complex interconnective process involving the mind and body. Estrogen and testosterone are typical hormones that can be prescribed.

If You Exercise You are Likely to Sleep Better and have Better Sex

What is well acknowledged is that plenty of exercise gives people stronger heart muscles and a slimmer body shape.

Fitness equipment sales have in the last 10 years rocketed, the health phenomenon is now a global phenomenon that looks set to stay. Exercise provides you with a wide range of health benefits, e.g. it can lower cholesterol naturally , enable you less likely to store energy as fat, and allow you to improve sporting activities.

Less known is that exercise can improve other areas of you life i.e. quitting smoking, aiding deep sleeping and improving your sex life.

Afternoon exercise has been reported to improve your depth of sleep and the time you take to actually fall to sleep. Importantly, the reverse is true if you engage in strenuous exercise close to you bed time, so you should be careful.

Other findings have gone against the afternoon exercise theory claiming that exercise which improves a persons sleep should be done in the morning.

What is generally agreed is that exercise helps with sleep, more experiments are still needed in order to determine when is best.

Exercise is actually able to produce a rush of adrenaline and endorphins that can replace the ‘high’ many people gain from smoking. Tests have been made in the past that showed people who regularly exercise, compared with those that didn’t, were double as likely to stop smoking and remain smoke free.

Habitual exercise has been seen to aid long-term memory, creativity and reaction time. Sedentary aged people have been in research that concluded those that exercised for 45 minutes per day significantly improved their mental skills, something that tends to decline with age!

If all these benefits don’t seem like enough, the fact that improved sex, by the way of exercise, should excite most people. Poor sexual functioning is a product of low health. The act of improving your health aids the maintenance, revitalization and satisfaction of your sex life.

Simply exercising more has been found to increase peoples confidence in their perceived sexual desirability, overall positive attitudes prevailing as people find they are more supple, and more efficient at daily chores/ work.

Lose Body Fat By Exercising Right

Is cardiovascular exercise or weightlifting the best for losing body fat? This is a very common question I hear almost on a daily basis. Many fitness enthusiasts feel cardiovascular, or aerobic workouts is the most effective training method to lose body fat. Exercisers feel the lower intensity aerobic activity, which utilizes a greater percentage of fatty acids for fuel, will burn more body fat. It seems to make sense, but is it really true?

Clients always want to know if they should avoid weightlifting programs altogether and pursue the alleged fat burning cardiovascular training. Many people firmly believe that lower intensity cardiovascular training will help them lose body fat at a far greater rate than with just weightlifting exercises alone.

Let’s take a closer look at which exercise regimen, weight training or aerobics, is the ideal system to lose body fat.

Aerobic or cardiovascular training is performed with high volume, and low intensity fitness training. Oxygen is required in the aerobic process; and the workout can last for more than twenty minutes, all while continuously exercising with an elevated heart rate.

The benefits resulting from aerobic or cardiovascular training is an increase in cardiovascular function, and a decrease in body fat from the additional calories burned.

However, with positives, there can also be negatives. There are a few things lost when training aerobically. First off, over time, a decrease in strength from muscle breakdown can occurs. This decrease in strength results from a decrease in muscle mass, power, speed, and anaerobic capacity.

On the other hand, with weight training programs, there is a significant increase in muscle tissue, metabolism, strength, speed, power, and anaerobic capacity. There is also a slight increase in cardiovascular function.

Now why do so many fitness participants feel cardiovascular or aerobic exercise is far superior for body fat loss? I believe it is quite simple; they are listening to individuals who are not considering the true physiology of the situation. However, one thing they do understand is the preferred fuel utilized during low intensity aerobic exercise is from fat. Therefore, many feel if a larger percentage of fatty acids are consumed for fuel, a greater fat loss will result. But is this really correct?

As a matter of fact, fat is the primary preferred fuel utilized during sleep. Thus, wouldn’t the best exercise to lose body fat be sleep alone? Not so fast!

In my opinion, exercising at a low intensity aerobically, with a goal for maximum fat loss, is the greatest myth for losing body fat.

Fat loss myths run wild in the world of fitness and nutrition. Please do not let a myth like this destroy your deserved results. I recommend you verify your theories with a qualified fitness professional before you adapt them. You owe it to yourself!

Here is a fat loss workout example that will help you understand which type of workout is best to lose body fat. On Monday, you decide to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a very comfortable 3.3 miles per hour pace. The results of your cardiovascular training session include a calorie burn of 300 calories, where a high 60% of the fuel is supplied from fatty acids. Now, on Tuesday, you decide to run on the treadmill for 15 minutes at a very high intensity level of 6 miles per hour with a 7% incline grade. Your heart rate was registered at 85% of your maximum heart rate, and you burned 350 calories in those 15 minutes with a greater percentage of sugar burned than fat. That leaves you with a greater caloric burn of 50 additional calories resulting from exercising at a higher intensity for only a 15 minute duration. This will, over an extended period of time, lead to greater overall fat, and weight loss compared to the 30 minute, lower intensity cardiovascular training session.

Now to lose body fat, it simply isn’t true that lower intensity, longer duration exercise, which burns a greater percentage of fatty acids, is far superior in overall fat loss compared to higher intensity, higher calorie burning strength training, or cardiovascular training.

With that said, the most effective, and efficient way to lose body fat is through a higher intensity training program like weightlifting because of the higher calorie burn, and the elevated metabolism from the added active, fat burning muscle tissue. The added metabolically active muscle tissue burns calories at a rate of 24 hours per day. It is much more important to think about the amount of calories expended during an exercise session versus the percentage of fat or sugar used as preferred, primary fuel.

Now I’m sure you agree weightlifting can be a more effective fat loss exercise program, but the ultimate fat burning exercise regimen is to combine weight training with higher intensity cardiovascular workouts. The best way to implement this training session is by performing your strength training routine first immediately followed by your cardiovascular training regimen.

It is time to put the confusion to rest regarding cardiovascular versus weight training for maximum body fat loss. Fitness buffs simply are not considering the amount of calories that are burned in regards to the type of fuel used to perform an exercise. The higher intensity fitness activity that burns the most calories will, in turn, burn the most body fat in the whole scheme of things.
